Your information, explained plainly.
If you ask us to review your calls, growth work or workflow, we use the details you provide to understand the request and reply.
Only what helps us respond.
A business review can include your name, business, work email, optional phone number, chosen product, selected problem, frequency and an optional note. We also use limited technical information, such as request timing and network address, to protect the form from abuse. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website.
To review the work and reply.
We use the information to understand your request, contact you about it, prepare a relevant review or demonstration and protect the website. We do not add review requests to a marketing list unless a separate, optional consent is offered and you choose it.
Kept inside the services that help us respond.
Website requests are delivered to Kin Partners through our website hosting and Google Workspace email services. We may disclose information to service providers that help us host the website, deliver email, secure the form or provide the service you requested. We may also disclose information where Australian law requires it.
Some service providers may process information outside Australia, including in Singapore and the United States. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and limit access to people who need the information for the request.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details where practical.
Reasonable safeguards, with no hidden advertising trail.
We use access controls, form validation and abuse protection to reduce unauthorised access, loss and misuse. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please do not submit confidential credentials or sensitive personal information through the review form.
When a LinkedIn post links to Cleo, we record the post identifier, page, a random identifier that lasts only for the browser tab, audio start and listening milestones, a tailored review click and a successful Cleo review request. We use the network address and browser description only to discard Kin team visits and automated traffic. We do not store the network address with these events.
For Instagram campaign visits, we also record the originating brand and account, the campaign and publication when supplied, pages viewed, product video progress and clicks to book a demonstration. These website observations are kept separate from confirmed booking records. Raw LinkedIn measurement events are deleted after 90 days. This website does not use an advertising pixel, a cross-site tracking cookie or a persistent analytics identity.
Access, correction and complaints.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information we no longer need. You can also make a privacy complaint. Contact us using the details below and explain what you need. We may ask for enough information to confirm your identity before giving access or making a change.
We will acknowledge a privacy complaint and aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied and the Privacy Act applies, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
